Himalaya-Challenge
The most unreached people groups live in the Himalayas, mainly controlled by tibetian Buddhism and other animistic religions (all kinds of mixture of both). There are only few Christians and in many places there is heavy persecution. Intercessors say, that this is still the heaviest stronghold of Satan today.
But it's starting to crack now and it will fall very soon. The Lord opened great doors for us and we are able to reach out to the different nations of the Himalayas. After doing some strategic prayer-outreaches. We got contact to key-leaders of the whole Himalayas. 2003 we where able to gather some 500 leaders from Bhutan, Nepal, Tibet, India, ... for a leadership-conference, which brought a great breakthrough. 2004 we did our first 3mths leadership-training right there to train pastors and church-planters.
In April 2005 we did our 3rd leadership-conference with more than 1500 leaders from all over the Himalayas. This was held in a very strategic place, where there is freedom to hold meetings, but is easy accessible from all the different places. There we are busy putting up a base with church, bibleschool, ... to train and send out as many workers for the harvest as possible. Training will be starting in January 2006.
The biggest challenge right now is finances. There's an urgent need for finances that we can do the training. Then we want to build the base and support as many of these church-planters we train as possible.
And of course we need intercessors to cover the work and to help breaking these strongholds. There are also possibilities to join for outreaches.
The harvest is great but few are the labourers. Please join with us to bring in the harvest in the Himalayas!
